Job Title: Entry Level Customer Care Representative (Call Center)

Location: Lagos State, Nigeria

Company: Direct from USA – Nigeria

Responsibilities:

•   Build strong relationships with our customers.

•   Possess a proven track record of sales attainment, via the telephone.

•   Drive sales and revenue growth via taking inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.

•   Work in multiple applications while addressing customer concerns.

Qualification and Requirements:

•   This position typically requires at least 1+ years of experience in Tele-Sales, Customer Service and Collections. Generally, meets the following additional requirements:

•   OND/HND may be accepted for entry level

•   BA/BSc or equivalent education preferred.

•   Call Center,Tele-sales experience preferred.

•   Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an outstanding telephone voice.

•   Dependable, energetic and strong desire to sell.

•   Self-motivated, with strong negotiating skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.

•   General knowledge of business processes.

•   Actively participates in assigned sales training, lectures, presentations and meetings.

•   Has a basic understanding of customer profiling.

•   Must be trainable

•   Has good PC and organizational skills.

•   Good knowledge of technology products.

•   Achieves the performance metrics established for this position.

•   Experience with MS Office applications

•   Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and related products.

•   Must Have a neutral Accent and be able to understand a variety of accents, American British, Canadian, Australian etc

Salary: 65,000 naira monthly plus commission/performance incentives.
