Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel says he felt the same winning feeling he experienced at the Champions League final when he lifted the Africa Cup of Nations trophy and predicted the Super Eagles will continue to soar high.

Nigerian midfielder Sunday Mba scored the only goal of the game in his first AFCON while Mikel was awarded the Man-of-the-Match for his competent showing in midfield.

Just last year Chelsea beat Barcelona in the semi-finals of the Champions League before going on to defeat Bayern Munich at their home ground for their first-ever European trophy.
