Duties and Responsibilities:

o   Management of Assets & Equipment database.

o   Coordinate the repairs in case of serious breakdown.

o   Coordinate and supervise the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance to ensure the full efficiency of the equipment.

o   Manage and supervise the equipment in coordination with project team.

o   Ensure technical support to fulfill project needs in the rental market.

o   Ensure availability of data/info necessary to prepare the technical proposal in support to the commercial activity of the Business Unit.

o   Coordinate with Business Unit in the definition of new design equipment to implement as well as provide support in area of investments.

o   Preparation of budgets and cost monitoring of ordinary /extraordinary maintenance, including estimated costs of repair and Budget of restoration of the equipment after demobilization.

o   Prepare budgets and cost monitoring of investments.

o   Responsible for audit/ inspection and ensure the co-ordination with persons in charge of routine and special maintenance activities.

o   Prepare reports highlighting needs for investments/ disinvestments, managing the proposals for alienation in line with directives received.

Skills, Competence and Experience:

o   Knowledge of Asset budget management.

o   Assets and equipment maintenance techniques.

o   Knowledge of electrical equipment and instrumentation.

o   Equipment Planning/Scheduling utilization.

o   Experience in equipment testing.

o   Knowledge of Hydraulic equipment and their functionality as well as problem solving action plan in line with manufacturer recommendations.

o   Maintenance resource coordination, planning and scheduling.

o   Knowledge of mechanical equipment functionality and problem solving action plan in line with manufacturer recommendations.

Qualification:

o   Minimum of 5 years in Managing Asset in a Multinational Environment.

o   Bachelor Degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering or Production Engineering.

o   Working knowledge of MS Office applications.

o   Knowledge of SAP.
