A TRIPARTITE Memorandum of Understanding, MoU, just signed by the Hygeia Community Health Care,HCHC, Dutch Health insurance Fund and the Kwara State Government  towards the state-wide expansion of the Kwara Community Health Insurance Programme, is designed to enrol no less than 600,000 low-income individuals in the 16 Local Government Areas of the state by 2017.
