Primary Responsibility:

•   Handle transactions and answer customer queries;

•   Decipher customer needs and offer the best solution based on company policies;

•   Effectively communicate ideas, suggestions and answers;

•   Refer customers to people who specialise with the type of problem or query they present;

•   Offer upgrades and new banking services or products

Qualification and competence:

•   HND/BSc in any discipline

•   Prior experience in similar role in a financial institution or a service driven environment
