Job Title: Office Assistant

Educational Requirement: OND or NCE in any field.

Duties and Responsibilities

•         Effective diary management to ensure an effective time management of the MD.

•         Planning and organizing meetings and conferences.

•         Take minutes during meetings and represent the MD at meetings and functions etc.

•         Relate with clients, business partners and visitors for the appropriate business purpose.

•         Review invoices and other finance related data for consistency and accuracy.

Skills and Specifications

•         Must be a computer literate.

•         Must have good command of English.

•         Must be good manner of dressing.
