Plateau State: Centralise recruitments in Fed Civil Service

The Permanent Secretary, Federal Civil Service Commission, FCSC, Ambassador Sani Saulawa Bala has called on the federal government to centralise the issue of recruitment of civil servants to address the alleged scandals being experienced in the exercise.

Ambassador Sani Saulawa spoke at the bi-annual meeting of Permanent Secretaries of civil service commission in the federation held in Katsina on Thursday.

He said most of the federal agencies are not following the rules and regulations as regards the recruitment of civil servants.

"A situation you have proliferation of recruitment agencies, everybody is recruiting, left, right and centre without consideration to the rules and regulation, you are bound to have problem", he said.
