Roles and responsibilities:

• Liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the quality system and overall business performance is delivered properly

• Perform Project QHSE Assurance Audits, Reviews and QHSE Escalation & Incident Management

• Identify & analyze opportunities for improvement using business metrics; lead identified improvements through all stages of the Lean Six Sigma process

• Coach process owners and identify possible solutions and where appropriate provide QHSE training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve performance improvements

• Develop and maintain pro-active QHSE relationships between the Customer, the company and Suppliers

Skill set:

• At least a bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a (preferably) business administration or technical program.

• Clear understanding of the importance of QHSE compliance management

•5 years working ex

Work experience: 5

Highest qualification: B.Sc
