Eagles Must Beat Kenya Convincingly - Temile

Former national team player, Clement Temile, believes that making it the 2014 FIFA World Cup would not be a difficult feat for the Super Eagles to achieve if they remain focused and committed to the cause, just as he urged them to beat the Harambee Stars of Kenya convincingly in the March 23 qualifier billed to hold in Calabar.

The ex-winger who represented Nigeria at the 1984 Africa Cup of Nations in Cote d'Ivoire where he scored a brace against Malawi to level score at 2-2 in the group stage of the tournament, said he was impressed with the performance of the Super Eagles who ensured that Nigeria won the tournament again after 19 years.

"It was a big feat for our football and I have always believed that we have the talents that can make our 2014 World Cup dream a reality. All they just need to do is to remain focused and show enough commitment," Temile said.

The former Rangers International player who is back in Nigeria to contribute to the development of the game said he will be busy working in the area of developing the youths.

According to him, the budding talents in Nigeria will be scouted for, developed and exposed to Nigerian and European club sides.
