Requirements:

•   Minimum of an advanced degree in related field, and 7 years' implementing int'l development activities under a USG contract (including USAID), and 3 years in senior program management, directly supervising professional and support staff

•   Experience in contlict mitigation and management programs, as well as facilitating multi-sectorial collaboration among different technical fields & various stakeholders;

•   Experience awarding & managing grants to local organizations; and

•   Experience with Early Wanung Systems highly preferred.

General Requirements: Applicants must have excellent written & verbal communication skills in English, familiarity with USAID policies & procedures, & experience working in Nigeria.
