The Client uses advanced cutting edge technologies in 'frontier' deepwater areas of over 1,000 metres.

A rapidly growing Operator company comprising of a range of large operated and non-operated deep and shallow water assets.

Client is looking to hire Experienced Pipeline engineering professionals into Deepwater Projects

All personnel are expected to contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codes and practices.

Specific Key Responsibilities & Activities:  – Provide specialist skills, integrity and knowledge in key areas of subsea pipeline engineering, including design codes, legislative requirements and current good engineering practice.  – Undertake responsibility for production of deliverables, which may include engineering support to DO, design calculations, procedures, analyses, progress reports, bid evaluations, study reports and various third party submissions.  – Provide pipeline, flexible flowline and/or umbilical analysis support for projects using analysis packages  – Design and detailing in accordance with acknowledged industry codes, standards and design guides, client specifications and scopes of work  – Production and checking of design documentation including feasibility reports, detailed design reports, Equipment specifications etc  – Provide mechanical and integrity calculations for piping including pipework stress analysis utilizing AutoPipe or similar software  – Coordinate pipeline engineering support to the execution of multidiscipline projects in line with defined budget and schedule  – Liaise with associated subsea related disciplines and understand the interfaces within a project  – Provide pipeline engineering assistance during occasional periods of offshore or site working  – Provide pipeline engineering support to Business Acquisition and FEED study execution

Essential Experience, Skills and Knowledge:


  • Professional qualifications – Degree qualified or above

  • 10 year subsea pipelines engineering experience within deepwater environment

  • Can work to deadlines set by management

  • Presents self in a professional manner appropriate to the role

  • Produces work of presentable quality

  • Ability to prioritise and organise work

  • Advanced knowledge of subsea pipeline engineering, including design codes

  • Able to provide analysis support for projects using analysis packages


Desirable Experience, Skills and Knowledge:


  • Membership to a relevant Professional body

  • Familiarity with recognised industry engineering software

  • Use of AutoPipe
