Roles and responsibilities: To increase shareholders value through the optimization of corporate finance structure and cost. Instituting and maintaining prudent and professional management of financial, currency and liquidity risks. Optimize and maintain treasury operations systems and structure.

Role Complexity:

•   Development and maintenance of system projects to support and manage cash flow;

•   Coordinate all divisions to gather, analyze and prepare recommendations on financial plans, trended future requirements, government requirements and operating forecasts;

•   Ensure balance between cash holdings required by finance and cash spent by other divisions.

•   Relationship management with NBETs' banks;

•   Cost efficient risk management program to include insurance and credit;,

Skill set

Knowledge:

•   Must be a Chartered Accountant

•   Treasury management;

•   Financial markets;

•   Foreign exchange, swaps, derivatives and options;

•   Hedging Instruments and impacts;

•   Conversant

Work experience: 10

Highest qualification: B.E
