Position: Channel Development Manager
Ref: CHDM/12/10
Function Name: Commercial
Experience: 5
Location: Head Office
Functional Area: Commercial Marketing

Education: First degree or Masters in Marketing will be an advantage

Role: Manage all channel activities/programmes across all commercial territories to ensure all agreed deliverables are met

Desired Candidate Profile: Age is preferably between 28 and 35 -Must have at prior marketing experience in any marketing organization or BTL agency

Job Description:
-         Identify and develop innovative and tailor-made solutions for channel activations to ensure awareness and visibility objectives are met.
-         Gives direction and guidelines on the best use of materials and monitors execution to ensure adherence to standards
-         Achieve channel activation targets in line with Business Plan
-         Develop tool for tracking outlet activation and ensure quarterly evaluation of all channel activities
-         Facilitate working relationship with all stakeholders
-         Develop annual calendar/plan for all channel activities/ programmes
