Consolidated Breweries Plc, a subsidiary of Heineken International, produces and markets "33″ Export Lager, Hi-Malt, Maltex and Turbo King Stout brands. Consolidated Breweries Plc is looking for a focused and determined individual with some experience for the position of Confidential Secretary.

Job Title: Confidential Secretary

The ideal candidate will work directly with a top member of our management team. The role and requirements are outlined below:

The role:
The Confidential Secretary will be based in Lagos and will be responsible for:
- Managing the executive's daily itinerary and diary
- Keeping an up-to-date diary and promptly updating the executive of any changes when such occur
- Maintaining an effective documentation and filing system
- Scheduling and co-ordinating important meetings/events
- Handling visitor's requirements and routine matters for the executive's attention
- Processing incoming and outcoming mails to and from the executive's office
- Dealing with telephone enquiries as appropriate and noting important messages that must be delivered promptly.

The Requirements:
- B.Sc/B.A or HND in a business related discipline preferably with secretarial background
- Familiarisation with Microsoft Office suite, Internet etc
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a well organised establishment
- Projects a professional image
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision and relate well at all levels
- Must have good interpersonal skills

Remuneration:
Remuneration attached to this position is in line with the existing rates in the industry.
