1. A degree in Economics or Business Administration

2. A Masters degree in Economics/Business Administration is an obvious advantage 3. Excellent Business research skills, with skills in translating research results into creative action plans

4. Good Consulting skills

5. Strong analytical skills

6. Strong writing and presentation skills

7. A very good understanding of the interplay between business and the economy

8. Good understanding of the Nigerian and African Business and economic environments and how they juxtapose with world business and economy.

9. Strong IT skills
