Sharia Court Needs Full Jurisdictional Powers To Perform- Cleric

The chief registrar of the Sharia court, Mallam Tukur Zagga has appealed to members of the National Assembly to consider the jurisdiction of the Sharia court when amending the nations constitution.

Mallam Zagga who spoke with journalists after the commissioning of its office complex in Abuja said conferring more powers on the court will make it perform its judicial services more effectively amongst Muslims.
