UEFA punishes Dynamo Kiev for fans' racist conduct

UEFA has ordered Dynamo Kiev to play their next two home matches in European competition behind closed doors due to two incidents of "racist conduct by their supporters".

The fans should get more punishments than this. This is a very minor punishment. UEFA can definately do better
