Job Title: Analyst, Credit Control    

Job Location: Lagos, NIGERIA

Organisation: Etisalat Nigeria

Job Summary: Provide support on credit vetting and credit management allocated postpaid accounts

Principal Functions:

•   Pass approved adjustments (credit/ debit notes) on subscribers? accounts

•   Prepare and ensure accuracy of insurance schedule

•   Review monthly bills and ensure data are run accurately

•   Reconcile all postpaid subscribers? accounts

•   Closely maintain activities of closed user groups (CUGs) ? addition, removal and suspension

•   Provide support to Experience Centres and Corporate Sector teams on resolution of postpaid queries

•   Ensure all postpaid journals are raised within the assigned timelines

•   Ensure timely preparation of all reports and generate ad hoc reports as may be required

•   Carry out other functions/ duties as may be assigned by the Manager-Credit Control

Educational Requirements: First degree or equivalent in relevant Finance, Accounting or related disciplines

Experience, Skills & Competencies:

•   Between 1 and 3 years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience

•   Part/ full qualification in a relevant professional certification will be an added advantage
