Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job: To deliver the product of the right quality, at the right time, in the right quantity for the right cost in a safe and effective manner.

Main Accountabilities:

• Delivery of the agreed plan on a minimum of a quarterly basis.

• The key element of change will be in the developing the mindset of the people to meet our vision through the application and discipline of Total Production Management.

• Involvement in the execution of innovation into the area of responsibility.

Competencies:

• 2-3 years proven track record in a procuremnet perational role

• Experience in TPM or other related world-class manufacturing techniques.

• Educated to degree level, preferably in a technical discipline.

• Fully operational competence level of Manufacturing Performance Management

• Change Management skills
