Job Title: Chief Security Officer

Chief Security Officer: CONTISS 13 (N1,456,399.00 – N1,919,655.00)

Qualification and Experience:

•       The candidate shall possess a good honours degree from a recognized University; plus fourteen (14) years of cognate experiences or must have retired on the rank of Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent in the Military/Paramilitary or Security Services.

•       Candidate must possess demonstrable qualities of a trustworthy and dependable leader who can evolve a security policy for the University and operate a virile Security Unit.

•       Candidate must possess the ability to promptly manage crisis situations and organize security community relations activities aimed at enhancing peace within the University.

•       Applicant must have sound knowledge of University Rules and Regulations. Postgraduate training in the relevant field plus a good knowledge of Security Intelligence would be an added advantage

Conditions of Service: Conditions of Service as generally applicable in the Nigerian University System and in the Public Service in Nigeria.
