Job Title: Accounts Officer  

Organisation: Financial Services Institution

Locations: Lagos with branches in Ibadan, Abeokuta, Port-Harcourt and Abuja.

Duties:

•   Maintain and submit finance and accounting records. Preparation of staff payroll.

•   Will be in charge of accounting books of records.Prepare budgets.

•   Review of reconciliation, support documents and requests for payments.

•   Supervise junior accountant.   

Qualifications and Requirements:

•   A good university degree. ACA (full or part qualification)

•   A good and enviable record in a financial services company of repute is an advantage.

•   Must be good in company accounts and reconciliation.

•   Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numbers and great at calculations.

•   Proficient in the use Microsoft office suit.

•   Experience as a transaction officer in a bank is an advantage.

•   Must be conversant with relevant account package, software, Peachtree usage etc.

•   Computer literacy and sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word
