Job Purpose/Scope: A two year talent programme for graduates of top Tier Universities to support the development of young managers to succeed in our increasingly competitive business environment. Overall objective is to develop pipeline of future leaders who will support our objective to attain world leadership in the Pharmaceutical industry

Key Responsibilities: The exist to develop commerial Graduates as young Managers who will support the business and become future leaders.

Qualifications, Experience:

•High achieving graduate from a reputable university

•Minimum 2:1 in Pharmacy/Health/Sciences Related/Business Degree

•Related postgraduate degree (MBA, MSc) may be of advantage

•Not less than 3 years work experience (including NYSC)

Competencies:

•Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

•Excellent numerical and analytical skills

•Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
