Job Title: Sales Manager

Requirement:

•   Bachelor's degree (preferably in Economics, Marketing or any of the Social Sciences.

•   With at least 3 years experience as Sales Manager in consumer goods or pharmaceutical company preferable from reputable FMCG company..

•   Good communication and negotiation skill.

•   Proactive, like challenges.

•   Can work under pressure.

•   Good networking with any wholesaler/store and distributor.

•   Hold car driving license.

•   Max 35 years old.

Responsibilities:

•   Achieve monthly target National Sales performance.

•   Responsible to develop and achieve annual sales target.

•   Responsible for monitor data such as market share, competitor's activities and sales.

•   Travel at regular interval for direct sales monitoring with sales force, distributor and outlets.

•   Responsible for achieve and updating rolling forecast every month, considering sales/stock report and sales target.

•   Achieve target Key performance indicator (KPI) and P/L (Profit and Lost) distributor.

•   Respond and report to Head of sales & Distribution Mgr.
