Job Description:

•   Management of operations and revenue with relationship management with clients to achieve the planned revenue targets.

•   Provides day to day operational direction, strategic guidance, supervision for all business processes by linking the operations, strategy and vision of the company.

•   Deliver financial performance and coordinate regulatory compliance and monitor expenditure against budget.

•   Develop new business opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

•   First Degree in Civil/Building/Electrical/Estate Management and a Higher Degree in Business or Management.

•   8-10 years Post qualification experience with a Grade 'A' construction/Property Management Company.
