The person must be a seasoned administrator with vast experience in human and capital resources, a work and a disciplinarian with keen interest in corporate governance.

Qualifications: BSc. in any discipline especially in Social sciences or humanities with minimum of 5 years experience in such field.

Other qualifications: Masters Degree with 5 years experience in such field or law degree will be added advantage.
