OUR COMPANY: Global Profilers is a Recruitment & HR Service firm specialized in recruitment in Africa; we are currently looking for a Corporate Legal Assistant for our client which is a large Business Conglomerate in the Oil &Gas, FMCG, Aviation and Construction sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Purpose;

•   To provide administrative legal and corporate secretarial support to GEC

•   To act as a main link between company's legal (RouQ & Company) and governance departments and the GEC Office

Key aim and objectives of the role;

•   To advise, perform and assist in company secretarial matters

•   To advise, perform and assist in drafting legal documentation in the GEC office  

Responsibilities;

•   Maintain all  Group companies corporate and compliance records and files

•   Assist in preparing and drafting board resolutions and/or other relevant documents

•   Ensure that all Group companies comply with the governing documents, company law and any other relevant legislation and regulations

•   Work with the government authorities

•   Remind and update Directors of action required to ensure compliance with rules and regulations

•   Assist in preparing and drafting various legal documents for GEC

•   Work with RouQ & Company

•   Monitor changes in relevant legislations

•   Assist with any press and corporate communications related issues  

•   Maintain the confidentiality of the companies information

•   Assist with any other ad hoc projects at GEC Office

•   Deputies' for GEC's PA

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable University

Experience: Should have at least 5 years of corporate legal experience and some EA/PA experience
