Knowledge and Skills required:

•   Must possess a minimum of 5 years in real estate construction with a Bachelor's degree/HND in Architecture.

•   Must be well versed in the use of AutoCAD and Archi CAD Software.

•   Ability to visualize and create new ideas/concepts.

•   Ability to plan and organize a team effort.

•   Will be responsible for preparing project drawings and designs structure, materials and colour specifications as well as construction time.

•   Planning layout of projects, preparation of scale drawings and regularly conducting on-site observation of work during construction to ensure conformity with drawings.
