  • CWG requires the servicesBusiness Development Managers for its Software Business.
The job responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring Sales targets are met, payments are collected promptly
  • Analyzing Market/industries/customers
  • Ensure availability of tools e.g. Brochures, price list, magazines needed for salesmen to perform
  • Prepare proposals and quotations
  • Make presentations
  • Follow up, Negotiate, Win the customer and Win the business
  • Ensure product ordering and timely delivery and follow up as required with Purchasing amongst applicable department.
  • Channel customer feedback appropriately both intra and inter business unit/department.
  • Follow up to ensure complete delivery
  • Invoice, chase and collect payments.
  • Keep up to date record of sales and collection
  • Keep up to date customer database and information
  • Keep all customer documents well filed on the PC as well as hard file copy.
  • Prepare reports to include daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual report, and also BBC – Bookings, Billings and collection, which is submitted to the Business head.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction that is unsatisfied customers are attended to promptly to safeguard the existing client base
  • Escalate issues both in-house and out-house directly to the Business Head.
  • Be actively involved in sales promoting event.

Minimum Educational Qualification:

First degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences or related field.  Any related sales certification will be an added advantage. Attending relevant sales training, especially solution sales/technology sales, will be an advantage.
