  Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the underlisted vacancies at Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi State:

SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING AND ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT OF ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS ENG

1) Position: Reader (CONUASS 6)Area of specialization: Power System and Machine/ElectronicsQualifications:

  • Candidates  for the Posts of Professor/Reader must be Ph.D holder and distinguished  scholars with at least 10 years teaching and research experience at  University level with continuous products activity to the status of an  acknowledged authority in the area of specialization, Postgraduate  Supervision of Masters or Ph.D with some administrative experience and  evidence of publications in reputable/referred Journals would be of  additional advantage.
2) Position: Senior Lecturer (CONUASS 5)Area of specialization: Communication, Control EngineeringQualifications:

  • Candidates  must be Ph.D holders with at least five years teaching and research  experience at University level and evidence of publications in  reputable/referred Journals.
3) Position: Lecturer I (CONUASS 4)Area of specialization:

  • Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Qualifications:

  • Candidates  must possess at least M.Sc/M. Eng/M. Tech in the relevant field and 9/6  years of teach­ing and research experience respectively
4) Position: Lecturer II (CONUASS 3)Area of specialization:

  • Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Qualifications:

  • Candidates  must possess at least M.Sc/M. Eng/M. Tech in the relevant field and 9/6  years of teach­ing and research experience respectively
5) Position: Assistant Lecturer (CONUASS 2)Area of specialization:

  • Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a M.Sc in the relevant field

  • Agricultural power & Machinery
Qualifications:

11) Position: Professor (CONUASS 7)Area of specialization: Agricultural Extension  Qualifications:
