Job Title: General Manager

Locations: Owerri, Nigeria

Employer: Hotel Westend-on-Sea

Responsibility: He will oversee the management of the hotel to ensure efficiency, quality service and effective management of human & material resources.

Requirements:

•   A good first degree or MBA plus hospitality industry training certification.

•   Experience in strategic planning and execution

•   Knowledge of communication and public relations techniques

•   Ability to analyse financial data and interpret it.

•   Exceptional oral and written communication skills

•   Experience in policy formulation and ability to effectively manage staff strength of over 100

•   Minimum of 10 years experience in management of at least 3 star hotels within or outside Nigeria

•   High integrity and friendly
