Job Description:  – This is a pure marketing and sales position that will oversee product development and capacity building (external).  – The role is responsible for planning strategies to "grow the business".  – The successful candidate will be focused on core deliverables such as increasing, identifying new business areas, determining and segmenting the target market, determining the direction for product design and development, increasing the customer base, and coordinating public relations efforts.

Job Requirement   

•   A good first degree in social sciences with a minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience

•   A post-graduate degree in business management/administration will also be an advantage

•   A good knowledge of the Microfinance industry with and excellent record of marketing and sales of banking products, especially Microfinance

•   Ability to read and understand the market and trends as well as forecast

•   Good communication and presentation skills.
