• University graduate with a minimum of second-class degree.  

• A post-graduate degree or an acceptable professional qualification will be an advantage

• NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate

• Good interpersonal relationship skills

• Proven excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong proficiency in analytical negotiations and credit appraisals

• Proven leadership and strategic management skills

• Good understanding of the flow of economic trends

• Ability to identify opportunities to increase organizational results while reducing the possibility of threats
