Job Description: The Brand Marketing Manager will provide a broad range of brand and marketing support to the organization. The position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Implement brand and marketing strategies, policies, standards and direction across the group businesses.

•   Responsible for bringing the consumer perspective to marketing decision making around branding strategy, positioning, communication strategy, program execution.

•   Drive a common brand building and insight language for the group.

•   Provide an objective point of view that is consumer-centric and data driven that will answer business questions and drive growth.

•   Supporting the Sales Teams to achieve business objectives.

•   Manage creative and research agencies to ensure delivery on marketing campaigns and quality control on data collection and analysis respectively.

•   Responsible for brand engagement and experience.

•   Measure and evaluate effectiveness and efficiencies of programs executed.

•   Review and edit existing marketing collaterals and promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines.
