Job Description:

•   Manage all instrumentation and electrical engineering activities

•   Draw up, set up and fully implement PPM programme for the E&I related equipment in the plant

•   Ensure minimal E&I related machine breakdowns on all equipment

•   Deliver all E&I related aspects of projects on time, in full and within budget

•   Ensure availability of critical electrical, instrumentation and control spares for equipment in the plant

•   Implement asset care management initiatives in the plant

Qualifications, experience and attributes:

•   Graduate first degree in electrical/electronic engineering from a reputable institution. Higher degree(s) will be an advantage

•   Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in a process plant, preferably in FMCG

•   Strong strategic orientation, demonstrable leadership, Interpersonal and financial management skills
