Job Title: Risk Management Specialist

Company: General Insurance Company

Job Description:

•   Identification and implementation of Company's risk management policies.

•   Design of strategies to minimize losses.

•   Assessment of risks as they relate to the Company's operations.

•   Implementation of regulatory guidelines and industry standards.

•   Regular review of the adequacy and Compliance Testing of Company's internal control and procedures against regulations and management policies.

Qualification:

•   The applicant should possess a good first degree in Actuarial Science.

•   Additional qualification in Insurance or Mathematics will be an added advantage.

Experience:

•   A minimum of 10 years continuous working experience in an insurance company.

•   The ideal candidate should be familiar with enterprise Risk management practices and planning in a large organization and be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Age:

•   Candidates below the age of 40 years need not apply.
