Job summary: The Analyst, Content Development will assist in compilation of Consumer Education educational materials. The job holder will report to the Senior Manager, Content Development.

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Assists in compilation of educational materials

2.   Assists in monitoring gaps in consumer education

3.   Assists in monitoring websites for consumer information and activities of other regulatory agencies

4.   Helps in proof reading information materials

5.   Assists in updating consumer section of the Commission's website in conjunction with the IT unit

Person Specification:

Required Knowledge and Skills:

1.   Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)

2.   Good command of English (written and verbal)

3.   Must be creative

Educational Background: A first degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Media Arts, Theatre Arts, Economics, Political Science or any other related discipline

Work Experience: Minimum of 2 post-graduation experience
