Stella Oduah                        Nigeria has recorded major landmarks in the aviation sector.  This was disclosed by the Minister of Aviation, Princess Stella Oduah today.

While speaking at the  2013 Ministerial Press briefing held in the National Press Centre, Abuja, she assured Nigerians also of getting good value for their money due to  the changes taking place  in all the sectors of the economy.

She added that: "As Africa is represented by Nigeria, it speaks volumes" about the image of both the country and the continent abroad.

To this end, she said, formulation and implementation of policies that will stand the test of time remain a cardinal principle in President Goodluck Jonathan's administration.  This, according to her, will impact positively on economic, social as well as other spheres of governance especially at this period of transformation.

According to the Minister, Nigeria now has total radar coverage for the National Airspace Management Agency, NAMA which had never existed.  This, she said, will ensure safety, comfort, full satisfaction and timely arrival of Nigerians and other foreign investors and tourists from one destination to another.
