 The reason I stop using things like this is that

1. the visitors are just bots. You see say 1000 guest, 995 are bots. Very annoying
2. Every post made auto post to facebook and anyother sitd link including some useless post some members like how to make $20,000, 1000000 e.t.c. This was how my friends blocked me on their facebook wall and twitter because the post was terribly annoying to them. People will think I am a scammer after all post come from my end
3. My adsense never improved but rather decreased.

You may be right but the system helps because it gets your contents to be indexed quickly by search engine.

There are lots of spam posts nowadays. We received more than 200 daily here but because of moderation, they don't see the light of the day. Set up post moderation on your forum so that you will be able to approve or disapprove posts appropriately.


3. My adsense never improved but rather decreased.

Do more work on SEO and organic traffic. Try to use Adwords.
