•   HND/BSc in related field of study

•   Good communication skill

•   Must not be more than 30 years old.

•   Must have the ability to set marketing plans and carrying out of marketing research.

•   Must have minimum of 2 years' experience in sales of building materials.

•   Ability to maintain customers' database.

•   Ability to meet sales targets.
