Our client is in the Branding and Packaging Sector based in Lagos, and is on a quest to extend her current reach nationwide and has engaged our service to recruit and manage staff for the following position:

•   Customers Service Executive

•   Unit Manager

•   Marketing Executive

•   Branding and Packaging Executive

QUALIFICATION:

•   BSc/HND/ND/NCE from a well known Institution of higher learning.

•   Age must not be more than 35 years.

SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS:

•    Good communication, writing and customer service skills.

•    Excellent problem solving and organization skills.

•    Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision.

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•    Good interpersonal and communication skills.

•    Tenacious work attitude.

•    Should be able to work as a team member and must have the potential of a team leader.

•    Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers.

•    Highly innovative and proactive.

•    Must be self motivated.

•    Must have proven integrity.

RESPONSIBILITIES: •   Provides management, supervision, and coordination of the sector involved. •   Established internal procedures necessary to achieve timely and cost effective of the sector involved. •   Ensures all activities are carried out in accordance with the company regulations. •   Proper and effective scheduling, provision of support and business advice to customers. •   Preparation of departmental budget. •   Plan and execute business strategies based on customer requirement, market trends, competitors presence, and allocated budget.
