Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) has commenced sales of Post-UTME screening application forms for 2013/2013 academic session. All 2013/2014 prospective candidates are advised to apply for the university's forthcoming Post UTME screening which will hold on July 26th, 2013.

Eligibility: To be eligible, candidates must have chosen AKSU as either 1st, and or 2nd choice in JAMB with a minimum score of 180.

Application: Candidates are to make a bank deposit (bank draft) in any of the banks listed below:
1. Akwa Microfinance Bank
2. Diamond Bank
3. Zenith Bank

Please make your payments at the banks located inside the university town or city.

This is to bring to the notice of the general public that the post-UTME screening exercise for 2013/2014 admissions into degree programmes for candidates who took Akwa Ibom State University as their First Choice (Most Preferred) Institution; and score 180 and above, is scheduled to hold on Friday, July 26, 2013. The screening will be conducted at the two campuses of the University viz:

Candidates will be required to attend the interview with a non-refundable screening fee of N2,000.00 (two thousand Naira only) in Bank Drafts purchased from any of the following banks nationwide:
(1) Zenith Bank
(2) Akwa Savings and Loans Limited
(3) United Bank for Africa
(4) First Bank
(5) Ecobank
(6) Union Bank, and made payable to Akwa Ibom State University, Ikot Akpaden, Mkpat Enin.

INSTRUCTION TO ALL CANDIDATES

Candidates are to appear for screening with the following:
(a) Bank Draft as purchased
(b) 2013/2014 UTME result slip showing the candidate's photograph
(c) Three (3) passport photographs
(d) Writing materials which should include HB pencil, sharpener, eraser, ruler and ball-point pen

NOTE:
- Candidates will not be allowed into the screening venue with GSM phones, calculator or any extraneous materials.
- Screening will commence by 9.00am prompt, at the two (2) campuses, candidates are, therefore, advised to arrive the venue of the screening early before commencement of the exercise.
