Responsibilities:

•   Follow recipes and ensure consistency in quality standard.

•   Produce quality bread and bread product.

•   Adhere to safety standards and production plan.

Requirements:

•   Must be hygiene conscious.

•   Previous experience in bread, flour confectionery and pastries.

•   Minimum of at least SSCE, higher qualification will be of advantage.

•   Able to work under minimal job supervision.

•   Able to communicate verbally, understand and follow written /verbal instructions.
