Job description:

•   Equipment performance and operational reliability improvement

•   Guide and coach field teams in failure investigation

•   Undertake RCA (Root Cause Analysis), Bad Actors analysis and facilitate improvement actions

•   Audit/Review/Optimize SAP System and current ORIP (Operation Reliability Improvement Process) process

•   Develop modules and train staff for CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) certification

•   Advice actions to improve reliability, costs, oil & gas deferment due to equipment breakdown and operational effort

•   Input maintenance requirements into new and modified installations

Requirements:

•   Formal or experience based training up to Diploma level in electrical or mechanical engineering

•   Broad experience of at least 15 years in equipment maintenance organization

•   Has participated and led RCM (Reliability Centered Management) and operational improvement studies

•   BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training) Certified or Certifiable.

•   Proficient in written and spoken English

•   Auditing/Review Process

•   RCA

•   Computer literate (including sound working knowledge of MS Office suite)

•   Friendly and businesslike attitude

•   Ability to adapt to a different culture

•   35 to 60 years
