Job Title: Customer Relations Officer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities:

•   Provide a valuable link between customers and the company.

•   To be given the authority to reverse erroneous fees or send replacement products.

•   To be given possession of clients phone numbers portfolio in order to get in touch with clients to ensure the supply on time.

•   Attend to Customers on a daily basis and help make purchasing decisions in terms of selling products and services.

•   Document and give feedbacks of Customer's requests or needs to Superior Officers.

•   Negotiate and Conclude Customer's request.

Requirements:

•   BSc/HND from a well known Institution of higher learning.

•   Age must not be more than 35 years.

•   Good interpersonal skills.

•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•   Tenacious work attitude.

•   Must be self motivated.
