Ike Uche Doubtful For Albion Clash

Super Eagles forward Ikechukwu Uche is a major
doubt for Villarreal ahead of their pre- season clash
against Championship side Brighton and Hove Albion
at their new Amex stadium on Saturday.

The former Granada and Recreativo Huelva striker
who missed the Yellow Submarine's opening pre-
season win over Gimnàstic de Tarragona at the Nou
Estadi due to a muscle pain is currently undergoing
specific training programme after re-joining the team
last Thursday, the club website has reported.

The 29-year-old striker who has been left out of the
national team squad in recent past, finished the
season as the highest goal scorer for the Yellow
Submarines with his 14 league goals from 3
matches.
