Responsibilities:

•   Acquisition, compensation, financing of real estate to perfection of titles across Nigeria.

•   Preparation and registration of all the legal documents

•   Dealing with title issues as they arise.

•   Advice on contracts and procurement legislation, procedures and documents.

Qualifications and Skills:

•   Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Law. LLM will be an added advantage.

•   Minimum of 8 years experience in managing real estate and property legal matters.

•   Thorough knowledge of property law and practice, contract documentation and litigation.
