Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the execution of all people-related strategies/initiatives for the organisation. It is also to play an advisory role as related to the technicalities of Human Resource Management.

The occupier of this position will be:

•   Responsible for Talent Acquisition and Retention Strategies

•   In charge of driving the newly-defined culture for the organisation.

•   Responsible for steering a performance culture with supportive Human Resource processes and initiatives

•   Administration and enforcement of the approved HR policies

•   Responsible for all other strategic areas in HRM as related to a world-class organisation

Desired Skills & Experience:  

•   B.Sc in HR, Industrial Relation & Personnel, Psychology, Philosophy or related fields in Humanities

•   Second degree in any relevant field of qualification is essential

•   Member of relevant professional body/certification such as CIPM, SHRM will be an added advantage

•   10 to 13years relevant work experience from the FMCG Sector

•   Extensive knowledge of Industrial Relations, Employment Law and Practices.

•   Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs
