Our client is a professional Institute in the built environment, committed to the promotion of the orderly growth and development of Nigeria's housing stock and infrastructural facilities.

The Institute wishes to recruit a dynamic and result-oriented Accountant to head up its accounting function.

The successful candidate will manage the accounting function and be responsible for preparing budgets, financial statements, monitoring performance and liaising with internal and external auditors.

The requirement is for a university degree or its equivalent in accounting or related discipline and membership of a recognized institute of chartered accountants.

In addition, the successful candidate must have acquired a minimum of five years cognate experience and be skillful in the use of one of the major accounting packages. Experience in a professional institute will offer a distinct advantage.

The remuneration attached to this position is very competitive and could be adjusted to attract the best candidates. Only candidates living in or around Abuja and those ready to relocate to that city need apply.
