Requirements:

•   Must posses a first degree, with relevant professional qualifications preferably (Microfinance Certification programme-CERTIFIED).

•   Professional experience in the understanding of policy development, monitoring and evaluation, and the ability to conceptualize pragmatic ideas and strategies; strong managerial, organizational and interpersonal skills, excellent analytical and writing skills in English; and strong facilitating skills.

•   Minimum age required is 30 with minimum post qualifying experience of ten years.
