Roles and responsibilities:

• To directly contribute to growth of the organisation's reputation, influence and size globally through the national delivery of learning and education strategy.

• Reviewing and improving teaching standards and practices of ALPs in Nigeria, including assessment methodology, student progress, exam techniques, study skills, course design and teaching support.

• Working with the Head of Education to align learning provider development activities with employer engagement activities to ensure flexible options for quality tuition is available to key employers.

• To identify and build relationship with selected Universities and colleges to raise awareness and drive sustainable student recruitment

• Work with the Business development managers to communicate updates of developments from the Learning Directorate to members and other relevant stake-holders.,Nigeria

Skill set:

•Show an awareness of, and interest in, the changing environment of accountancy training and education worldwide

•Project management skills

•Must be innovative and imaginative

•Be adept at building
